Connect Paravant in Zapier to reach more than 8,000 apps. Paravant is not a premium app on Zapier, and the Zapier integration is included on every Paravant plan. You can build simple one-step zaps or multi-step workflows, and they run in the background.

Triggers: send trademark events out
Paravant has a Zapier trigger for every trademark event it tracks: office actions, Statement of Use and maintenance deadlines, publication, registration, oppositions, cancellations, extensions of time to oppose, Madrid refusals and grants, petitions, and more. See the full event list. Each trigger sends the event, its description and its due dates. Triggers are instant: Paravant sends the event to Zapier as soon as it records it, so alerts reach Slack, Teams or a phone without waiting for Zapier to check. Paravant updates from USPTO data every 24 hours.
Use them to:
- alert your team in Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat,
- add deadlines to Google Calendar or Outlook,
- create tasks in Asana, Trello, ClickUp or Todoist,
- log events to a Google Sheet,
- reach clients through channels Paravant doesn't send natively, such as WhatsApp, voice calls or mail.
Use Zapier's Filter step on the event data to send only the events you care about to each place.

Trademarks come onto your docket automatically from your USPTO correspondent email addresses. These actions handle the client side: who the client is, how to reach them, and the files and notes that go with them.

Do I need Zapier to connect Paravant to Clio?
No. Paravant's direct Clio integration, coming in late 2026, doesn't use Zapier. See the Clio integration.
Can Paravant connect to PracticePanther?
Yes, through Zapier. When a contact changes in PracticePanther, a zap can use Find Client and Update Client to update the client in Paravant.
Which Paravant triggers and actions are available?
There's a trigger for every trademark event Paravant tracks. The actions are Create Client, Update Client, Find Client, Link Client to Trademark and Add Document to Client Record.
Can I add trademarks through Zapier?
No. Trademarks come onto your docket automatically from your USPTO correspondent email addresses. Zapier actions add and update clients, link them to trademarks, and attach files and notes.
Do I need to write code?
No. You build zaps in Zapier's visual editor.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Paravant is not a premium app on Zapier, so it isn't limited to paid Zapier plans. Some Zapier features, such as multi-step zaps, depend on your Zapier plan.
