Coming late 2026
Collect what you need for a new trademark application in one place, review it with your team, and import it into USPTO Trademark Center.

Each client has a branded trademark portfolio with your firm's logo and colors, on your firm's own web address (for example, tm.yourlawfirm.com). The portfolio lists the client's pending applications and registrations, with the nearest deadlines first.
When a client is ready to file a new application, you send them an intake form that opens inside that same portfolio. There is no separate login and no new system for them to learn.
A trademark intake form you control
The intake form is a step-by-step questionnaire. You decide which questions appear and how they are worded. You can collect:
- the mark (standard characters or a logo image),
- owner name, entity type, citizenship or state/country of organization, and domicile address,
- the filing basis (in use, intent to use, or based on a foreign application or registration),
- for marks already in use: the date of first use anywhere and the date of first use in commerce,
- foreign application or registration details,
- specimen files or the web pages where the mark is used,
- the client's own description of their goods and services.
Hide any field you'd rather handle yourself. If your team prefers to decide the filing basis or write the identification of goods and services, leave those out of the client view. The client only sees what you ask for.
Review the draft with your team
When the client submits the form, the draft is assigned to the managing attorney. Attorneys, paralegals and docketing staff can open it and make changes. For example, they can:
- replace a specimen with one that meets USPTO requirements,
- choose an identification of goods and services from the ID Manual,
- correct owner details,
- edit any other field.
The client and your team keep working on the same draft until it is ready to file.
Import into USPTO Trademark Center with the Paravant Chrome extension
When the draft is final, the attorney using the Paravant Chrome extension (it works in Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers such as Edge and Brave) imports the application into USPTO Trademark Center in one click.
The extension fills in the mark, owner details, dates, addresses and filing basis, and uploads the files (mark image and specimens). The attorney then lands on the application's summary page in Trademark Center to review everything, sign the declaration, pay the fee and file. No copying and pasting between systems.
Less back-and-forth, fewer typing errors
- Clients give their information once, in the portfolio they already use to follow their marks.
- Your team reviews and corrects the draft in one place.
- The finished application goes into Trademark Center without retyping.
Your firm spends its time on the legal decisions, not data entry.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Paravant Intake Center?
It is a trademark intake form that your clients fill out inside their branded Paravant portfolio. Your team reviews the draft, and the Paravant Chrome extension imports it into USPTO Trademark Center.
Do clients need a new login?
No. The form opens inside the client portfolio they already use. You simply email the client a link. There's no complicated sign up process or password required.
Can I choose which questions clients see?
Yes. You choose the questions and their wording, and you can hide fields such as the filing basis or the identification of goods and services so your team handles them.
Does Paravant file the application with the USPTO?
No. The extension fills in the application in Trademark Center under the attorney's own USPTO.gov account. The attorney reviews it, the declaration is signed in Trademark Center, and the attorney pays and submits it.
Which browsers does the extension work in?
Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers, such as Microsoft Edge and Brave.
When will the Intake Center be available?
It is planned for late 2026. Book a demo or join the launch list to hear when it's ready.
