How Does the Paravant Switch Program Work?

Tell us about your current setup, and we'll get you running on Paravant while you finish out your existing contract.

How do I switch?

Fill out the short form below. We'll contact you, ask for a copy of your current contract to confirm its end date, and get your firm set up on Paravant.

When do I start paying?

Not until your current contract ends. You can use Paravant from day one, and your first Paravant invoice starts when your old contract is over.

What if Paravant isn't right for us?

If you aren't happy within your first month, you can cancel and you won't be held to the 12-month commitment.

Program Details

What You Get

  • Full use of Paravant starting on day one
  • No charge until your current docketing contract ends (up to 12 months)
  • A 12-month term, paid monthly or annually (paying annually gets you two months free)

Eligibility

  • Your firm currently pays for trademark docketing software from another provider under a contract with an end date.
  • If your firm uses one product for both patent and trademark docketing and you plan to keep using it for patents, you aren't eligible, because that contract doesn't end when you move your trademarks to Paravant.
  • The program is limited to one offer per firm. A firm that has used it before isn't eligible again, even if it leaves Paravant and returns later.

Terms

  • The Switch Program requires a 12-month commitment to Paravant. Once billing starts, you can pay monthly or pay annually and get two months free.
  • Billing starts when your current docketing contract ends. We'll ask for proof of the end date, such as a copy of your current contract.
  • You can cancel within your first month of using Paravant and you won't be held to the 12-month commitment.
  • We'll defer billing for up to 12 months. If your current contract runs longer than that, billing starts 12 months after you begin using Paravant.
  • One Switch Program offer per firm, ever.
